Subscription Renewal Details
When you become a PITalk.com subscriber, you get 30 days of access to our online forums at sale prices. This is our way of saying thanks for choosing us.
After your initial 30-day period, your subscription will be renewed automatically until you cancel it. Here are the details:
- Personal Online Forum Renewal
Your subscription to pitalk.com will automatically renew each month at 24.95 per month until you cancel. To avoid additional monthly charges, please cancel your membership prior to the end of your initial subscription's expiration. No refunds are given for failure to cancel.
- Personal e-Mail Consultation Option
This is a specialized service that does not automatically renew. You may choose the personal e-mail consultation at any time and you can purchase additional months under the same terms.
- Business Online Forum Renewal
Your subscription to pitalk.com will automatically renew each month at $44.95 per month until you cancel. To avoid additional monthly charges, please cancel your membership prior to the expiration of your initial subscription. No refunds are given for failure to cancel.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your membership at any time and cancellation will be effective immediately. If your membership subscription has been cancelled for 30 days or more, it will then be necessary to re-join PITalk.com which will include an additional set up fee and most likely a new screen name, as screen names are not kept unless your membership remains active.
To avoid additional monthly charges, your membership must be cancelled prior to your next billing cycle. A billing cycle is every 30 days from the date of your initial membership application.
We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial month subscriptions.
PITalk.com reserves the right to cancel your membership for failure to abide by our forum rules and regulations.
Billing:
By joining PITalk.com, you are authorizing a monthly subscription fee to be charged to the Payment Method you provided during registration. If you want to use a different Payment Method or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your Payment Method information by clicking on the "Your Account" button. If your Payment Method reaches its expiration date, your continued use of the service constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that Payment Method.
